Meta ads that bring enquiries. Not just reach.

“Boost post” isn’t advertising — it’s a button. We build the whole path: the offer, the creatives, the campaign, the landing page, and tracking that still reports to Meta when the browser blocks it.

Four questions — then we come back within 24 hours with an honest assessment, including when it says Meta ads don’t add up for you.

Why nothing came of it

It’s rarely the budget. It’s what happens after the click.

Most companies who come to us have already tried Meta. Almost always it breaks in one of three places — and none of them is “didn’t spend enough”.

Three places where it almost always breaks

  • The click lands on the homepage. Someone sees an ad on Instagram for one specific offer, taps it — and arrives on a site that says a little about everything. The thought that made them tap isn’t on the page anymore. They go back, and you pay for the click regardless.
  • One creative, three months running. Advertising wears out on Meta. The same audience sees the same image for the fifth time and stops seeing it. Costs climb without anything about the campaign having changed.
  • Meta is learning from partial data. Since the iOS tracking prompts and browser blockers, a share of conversions never reaches the pixel. Meta then optimises for what it can see — not for what actually happened.

Without server-side tracking you’re training the algorithm on half the data.

Meta optimises your campaign automatically — but only on the conversions it is told about. If some are missing, it optimises reliably in the wrong direction.

Creatives aren’t a setup step.

They’re ongoing work. Winners can’t be planned — you find them by testing enough variants every month.

What we build

Six building blocks. The fourth decides it.

The campaign is the visible part. The part that decides your cost per enquiry sits behind it.

The offer comes before the ad

Cold traffic doesn’t buy — it enquires. We define first what someone will hand over their number for: a consultation, a trial appointment, a price list, an availability check.

Skip this and you’re advertising a company instead of a reason.

Creatives that work in the feed

Static and video, 9:16 and 4:5, with the hook in the first two seconds. We produce several variants a month.

Winners can’t be planned — you find them by testing enough.

Campaign structure, not a boost

Cleanly separated: cold, engagement, site visitors, existing customers. Exclusion lists so you don’t pay for the same person three times in parallel.

Budgets set so Meta can actually finish its learning phase.

Pixel and Conversions API

We report conversions to Meta from the server as well, deduplicated so nothing counts twice. Meta receives the events even when the visitor’s browser suppresses them.

This is where most accounts lose data.

A landing page with one job

Its own page per offer, continuing the ad — same claim, same image, a single next step. No menu leading away.

The page is part of the campaign, not part of your website.

Enquiries reach you immediately

Automatic confirmation to the enquirer, instant notification to you.

Callback speed helps decide whether you close — an enquiry that sits in an inbox for two days is usually lost.

The difference in detail

The algorithm is only as good as the data it gets.

Meta optimises your campaign automatically — but only on the conversions it is told about. If some are missing, it optimises reliably in the wrong direction.

The usual case: browser pixel only

  • Ad blockers and tracking protection stop a share of the reports
  • iOS users who declined tracking are largely missing
  • Anything offline — a call, an appointment, a sale — never shows up
  • Meta learns “this audience doesn’t convert” and moves budget away
  • Your report shows less success than you actually had

Standard with us: pixel + Conversions API

  • Conversions are sent to Meta from the server as well
  • Deduplication by event ID, so nothing is counted twice
  • Later events can be reported too — for instance only once you mark an enquiry as qualified
  • The algorithm learns on real enquiries instead of form views
  • From day one, in every package — including the €590 entry tier

So there’s no false impression here.

The Conversions API does not automatically make your ads cheaper. It makes sure Meta sees more completely what is happening — and an optimisation algorithm with more complete data makes better decisions. How large the effect is for you depends on how much you’re missing today. We can only see that once we look inside your account, and we’ll tell you straight.

The number that matters

Not cost per click. Cost per customer.

The only number you should decide on is this: what is a new customer allowed to cost you? Everything else is an intermediate step.

This is how we run the numbers with you on the call

The figures on the right are placeholders for illustration, not values from a client account. On the call we put your real ones in — your customer value, your close rate, your budget.

The decisive question comes next: is a new customer worth more than €348 to you? For a trade contract, a dental treatment or a consulting retainer the answer is usually obvious. For a product with €40 of contribution margin it’s equally obvious — just the other way round.

customer value × close rate > cost per enquiry

If that inequality doesn’t work out for you, we’ll say so on the first call — before you hire us, not in month three. We’d rather have a client who stays than one who cancels disappointed after eight weeks.

What it costs

Prices, stated here.

Ad budget is separate and goes straight to Meta. Below roughly €500 a month it gets difficult: by Meta’s own documentation an ad set needs enough conversions per week to exit its learning phase — under that, the system optimises blind. We’d rather tell you now.

Before you enquire

What we don’t promise you.

We know which numbers appear on other agency pages. They’re deliberately absent from this one.

Four sentences you won’t read here

  • No guaranteed ROAS. Anyone who quotes you a figure before looking inside your account has made it up. Your result depends on your offer, your market and your pricing — factors that largely sit with you.
  • No invented case studies. There is no client number on this page that we can’t back up. On the first call we’ll gladly show you real accounts, with those clients’ consent.
  • No results from week one. Meta needs a learning phase, and the first creatives are hypotheses. Four to eight weeks is realistic before a stable picture emerges.
  • No engagement at any cost. If your customer value doesn’t carry the calculation above, we’ll decline. That isn’t a negotiating tactic — it’s cheaper for both of us.

What we can commit to

You work directly with the founder, you get a monthly report you can understand without asking follow-up questions, and you can cancel any month. If we’re good, we don’t need a contract that holds you in place.

How it runs

Four steps. The first one is free.

From enquiry to the first live campaign is about ten days — and you know beforehand whether the channel carries for you.

Step 1

Enquire in 60 seconds

Step 2

We look first

  • If you’ve run ads before, we review the account and the tracking.
  • If not, the market and the competition. Free, whether or not you work with us.

Within 24 hours

Step 3

20 minutes on the phone

  • We run your numbers and tell you whether the channel carries.
  • Including when the answer is no.

Step 4

Live in 10 days

  • Tracking, creatives, campaign, page.
  • After that it runs — and gets a little better every week.

Day 10

Step one takes 60 seconds.

No account manager

Whoever runs your account is also on the first call.

There’s no layer between you and the person working on your campaigns. That’s the advantage a small agency has over a large one — and the only one we play.

Christoph Sacher, founder of Resultstars

“Most Meta accounts I take over aren’t losing ads — they’re losing data. Fixing the tracking is unglamorous and never appears on a pitch deck. It’s still almost always the first lever.”

Common questions

The questions that come up on the first call.

How much ad budget do I need on top?

We recommend at least €500 a month; it usually becomes worthwhile from €1,000 to €1,500. The reason is technical: Meta only exits an ad set’s learning phase once enough conversions accumulate. Stay below that and the system optimises permanently on too thin a basis — you’re paying for learning that never completes.

Who owns the ad account?

You do. We work through your Business Manager with partner access. If you cancel, you revoke our access and keep everything: the account, the pixel, the audiences, the data collected and the creatives. Agency-owned accounts are the most common reason companies stay stuck in a relationship that stopped working long ago.

We’ve tried Meta before and nothing came of it.

We hear that often, and it’s a good starting point — because it means there’s an account we can look inside. In the vast majority of cases we find the same three things: traffic sent to the homepage instead of a matching page, one creative running for months, and a pixel reporting only part of the conversions. We review it before the first call and tell you what we found, whether or not you work with us.

Do I need a new website as well?

No. For Meta traffic a dedicated landing page per offer is almost always better than the homepage — and we build that as part of the Growth package without you having to touch your existing website. The page runs alongside it and exists only for the campaign.

What is the Conversions API — do I really need it?

The Meta pixel reports conversions from your visitor’s browser. Ad blockers, tracking protection and iOS settings prevent a share of those reports. The Conversions API sends the same events from your server as well — deduplicated, so nothing counts twice. The result: Meta sees more of what actually happens and optimises accordingly. We set this up in every package, including the entry tier.

How quickly do the first enquiries arrive?

First enquiries often within the first two weeks. A reliable picture — stable cost per enquiry, clearly identifiable winning creatives — realistically after four to eight weeks. Anyone promising you dependable numbers from day three is selling you the learning phase as a result.

Is there a minimum term?

No, you can cancel monthly. We do suggest planning for at least three months — not contractually, but arithmetically. Stopping after four weeks means paying for the learning phase and not taking the result with you.

Do you make the creatives, or do I have to supply them?

We produce the creatives. What we need from you is raw material: photos from the business, short phone videos, product shots. Real material from your company almost always outperforms stock on Meta — it looks less like advertising, and in the feed that’s exactly the advantage.

Look first. Then launch.

Four questions, about 60 seconds. We’ll then review your account or your market and come back within 24 hours with an honest assessment — free, and also when that assessment is that Meta ads don’t add up for you.
